RESCHEDULING:

The client shall inform the service provider (Criptonx Studios) in writing as soon as possible of any desired changes in the schedule. If the client requests a change in the schedule less than two weeks before the earlier date, the client shall incur a 20% additional fee as well as the cost of any additional service cost that accompanies the schedule change.
Schedule changes requested three days after confirmation of bookings are free of charge.
However, Criptonx Studios will make a good-faith effort to accommodate rescheduling request whenever possible.

CANCELLATION:

If the client cancels the engagement for any reason, Criptonx Studios shall be reimbursed for any reasonable out-of-pocket expenses incurred up to the time of cancellation plus a cancellation fee of 40% of the entire project fee. Only 60% of the agreed project fee shall be refunded to the client.
And if the service provider(Criptonx Studios) is unable to attend the event for any reason whatsoever, the client shall be refunded in full, and Criptonx Studios shall make a reasonable effort to find a good replacement.
