Privacy & Refund Policy

Criptonx Studios respects the privacy of all clients, prospects, website visitors, and project partners.

Any personal or business information submitted through our website, contact forms, email, WhatsApp, phone calls, or project discussions is used only for the purpose of responding to inquiries, preparing quotations, delivering services, managing client communication, and improving our client experience.

This may include details such as names, company information, email addresses, phone numbers, project briefs, production requirements, and other information voluntarily provided by the client.

Criptonx Studios does not sell, rent, or trade personal information to third parties. Client information is only shared where necessary for project execution, legal compliance, payment processing, or agreed production-related coordination.

We take reasonable steps to protect client information and project materials from unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure.

We understand that some projects may involve confidential business information, internal communication, unreleased products, executive messages, private events, or sensitive creative materials.

Criptonx Studios treats client briefs, production materials, project discussions, and unreleased deliverables with professional confidentiality.

Where required, a separate Non-Disclosure Agreement can be discussed and executed before the project begins.

All video production projects are custom-planned and scheduled based on the approved scope, production dates, crew availability, equipment requirements, locations, and post-production workload.

Once a project is confirmed and booked, Criptonx Studios begins allocating resources toward planning and execution.

Cancellations are only allowed within 2–5 days after booking confirmation, provided production has not commenced and no major project resources have been committed.

Cancellations made after this period will attract a 30% administrative and planning fee, calculated from the total project fee. Where applicable, the remaining 70% may be refunded.

Once production has commenced, payments are generally non-refundable due to the time, resources, crew commitments, equipment bookings, planning, and production work already invested.

Any change in project scope, shoot dates, locations, deliverables, creative direction, or production requirements after confirmation may affect the original cost and timeline.

Additional shoot days, extra deliverables, location changes, extended editing, new versions, or major revisions outside the agreed scope may attract additional charges.

Rescheduling is subject to crew availability, equipment availability, and production calendar commitments.

Final edited videos, photos, footage, or project files will only be released after all outstanding payments have been received and confirmed.

By approving a quote, invoice, proposal, or agreement from Criptonx Studios, the client acknowledges and accepts the terms outlined in this Privacy & Refund Policy.
